These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and kn888 ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kn888 online gaming platform at kn888.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and payment services. These Terms apply to all registered members and visitors.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the kn888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at registration and on an ongoing basis:

2. Account Registration and Security

By creating an account with kn888, you enter into a contractual relationship with us. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the platform:

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your account's lifetime. kn888 may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share login credentials with any other person. kn888 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify kn888 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Suspension and Closure

kn888 may suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion for reasons including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete required KYC verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. kn888 will notify the account holder where reasonably practicable.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the kn888 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kn888 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your kn888 balance in real time upon successful transfer confirmation. kn888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be directed to payment accounts in your own name matching the payment details on your kn888 account. Third-party withdrawals are not processed. kn888 may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the platform. Processing is subject to satisfactory verification and the absence of active pending bonus wagering requirements.

Currency and Fees

All accounts are held in BDT. kn888 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi payment methods. For Visa or Mastercard transactions where the source account is in a different currency, the player's issuing bank may apply conversion rates and fees. kn888 is not responsible for any conversion costs applied by a player's bank or payment provider.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kn888 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all kn888 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited only to accounts meeting the qualifying criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failing to meet qualifying criteria will result in the bonus not being awarded.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The rollover applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• kn888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player account remain subject to the original promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise. Players must not attempt to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• kn888 may cancel any bonus and void winnings obtained through that bonus if evidence indicates a player has abused the bonus system, including opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or using low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear requirements without genuine play risk.

Seasonal promotions may be offered around key dates including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the kn888 platform are subject to these general rules in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform:

Bet Acceptance and Errors

kn888 may void any bet placed at odds or on terms posted in error, whether due to technical fault, pricing error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. Players must not knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors. Accounts found to have done so may be voided and winnings reclaimed.

Game Outcomes and Disputes

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG engines supplied by licensed providers. kn888 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in kn888's server logs is the definitive record. Players must raise disputes within seven days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kn888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the platform to process proceeds of illegal activity. kn888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus systems, or artificially transfer funds between accounts. Coordinated play patterns designed to extract value from the platform will result in account action.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics. All gaming activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Chargebacks or reversed payment disputes filed without legitimate grounds against deposits made to your kn888 account. Filing a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and kn888 will take appropriate action to recover affected funds.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineering any part of the platform, or attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform or its underlying systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kn888 platform, including website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of kn888 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the kn888 platform without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kn888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if kn888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kn888 shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or regulatory actions. kn888's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

kn888 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kn888 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. 11. Amendments to These Terms

kn888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kn888 will post the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date in the "Last Updated" notice reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting kn888 support.

12. Termination of the Player Agreement

Either party may terminate the player agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting kn888 support, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, pending withdrawal requests, or unresolved disputes. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via a supported payment method registered to your account, subject to required identity verification. kn888 may terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice for material breach of these Terms, and in such cases reserves the right to retain account funds as a set-off against losses or damages caused by the breach.
